About Admin Team-Giving Hope

Join Our Giving Hope Christmas Admin Team 

We’re putting together a small Admin Team to help with our Giving Hope Christmas Experience! This team will play a key role in contacting families who have been selected for our Christmas giveaway.

What you’ll do:
  • Make phone call invites to families, letting them know they’ve been selected

  • Explain event details and answer questions

  • Schedule appointment times for their shopping experience

  • Help with addressing and preparing envelopes

Requirements:

  •  a cell phone and laptop preferred 

  • Be available Wednesday, November 19th from 1:00–4:00 PM and Tuesday, November 25th from 1:00–4:00 PM
