About Admin Team-Giving Hope

Join Our Giving Hope Christmas Admin Team

We’re putting together a small Admin Team to help with our Giving Hope Christmas Experience! This team will play a key role in contacting families who have been selected for our Christmas giveaway.

What you’ll do:

Make phone call invites to families, letting them know they’ve been selected
Explain event details and answer questions
Schedule appointment times for their shopping experience
Help with addressing and preparing envelopes

Requirements:

a cell phone and laptop preferred
Be available Wednesday, November 19th from 1:00–4:00 PM and Tuesday, November 25th from 1:00–4:00 PM
